Stuart Rothstein is a Director, the Chief Executive Officer and the President of Apollo. Since 2009, he has been a partner and the Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Group at Apollo Global Management, LLC. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Group as well as strategic planning and new business development. - John Layton, Bow River Capital
Penn State Alumnus
Mr. Layton is a senior associate who is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing real estate investments within the firm’s active portfolios with experience sourcing and executing transactions in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Reno and Denver. In addition, he is involved in investment research, underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling. - Ira Lubert, LLR Partners
Penn State Alumnus
Mr. Lubert is the founder and partner of LLR Partners and has more than 30 years of private equity investing experience. In 2007, he co-founded Patriot Financial Partners, L.P. In addition to Patriot, he co-founded the following private fund advisory firms, Lubert-Adler Management Co, L.P. (1997), LLR Management, L.P. (1999), Quaker Partners Management, L.P. (2002), LEM Capital, L.P. (2002) and LBC Credit Management, L.P. (2005). - Eva Steiner, Cornell University School of Hotel Administration
Professor Steiner is an assistant professor of Real Estate. Her research has been published in Real Estate Economics and the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, among others. Her work has been recognized through a number of international honors and awards, and has attracted sponsorship from academic and industry-related sources, such as the Real Estate Research Institute.
